Parents Center
Unfortunately, there will never be juice bars on every corner like fast food restaurants-but that doesn't mean healthy alternatives are to be overlooked. Our family lifestyle was probably very much like yours. Both parents working; very involved in the kids' school, sports and social activities; not much time for anything else. The number one question each day was what to do for dinner. "How can I possibly prepare a meal between today's events? I'll have to prepare something a day ahead." That usually never happened. But I promise: you can fit this into your busy lifestyle.
Additionally, if you or a loved one has been sick for a long time and want to explore the possibility of being healthy and strong, then please do some research on the bene?ts of juicing and raw food. Read or talk to some people that have actually been sick and find out what made a diference for them. It will be worth your time and efort to do this for yourself or for your child. Juicing is not about treating sickness or the symptoms of sickness-it is about healing the body and preventing sickness.
