You don't have to totally change your eating habits and lifestyle to have health and vitality. Replacing at least one meal per day with live fruits and vegetables can make all the diference in the world. My son, Steven, says it best:
"Being an athlete and playing football and ice hockey back to back was very intense and it was a challenge to keep my body performing at its fullest capacity. Before I was introduced to juicing, my diet consisted of mostly processed and fast foods. I still considered myself to be in great physical condition considering my young age and my ability to play two very intense sports. My schedule consisted of a full day of school, football practice after school and then ice hockey practice and/or games in the evenings. Meals and homework had to be worked into the evenings as well. It was quite challenging to maintain peak performance in both academics and sports. As soon as I began the juicing routine, something changed for me. I committed myself to a routine of juicing and realized that it was totally worth it... I could feel the increased energy during the day -- especially at practice. The juicing became as routine as taking daily vitamin supplements. I continued to take my vitamins along with the juicing. Juicing de?nitely makes a diference for athletes and if you combine juicing with healthy eating habits and regular work outs you will see dramatic changes in the way that you feel, look and perform in sports. I really like the fact the juice is all natural. It tastes much better than the store-bought alternatives. Juicing is an excellent idea for anyone who is interested in feeling better and being stronger not only in their sport of choice but in their life."
