FAQs

Q: What is the difference between fresh juicing and store-bought juice?

A: Juice purchased in the store does not have the benefit of "live enzymes." Live enzymes feed the body and are what give fresh juice its nutritional value. Any non-fresh products are void of live enzymes because of the process used to preserve food and extend shelf-life.

Q: Why does the juice have to be consumed within 15 minutes?

A: The juice needs to be drunk immediately so you get the full benefit of the live enzymes.

Q: Is fresh juice easier to digest than store bought juice?

A: Yes. Fresh juice begins digesting as soon as it enters your mouth. The body does not work as hard at breaking down the juice as it needs to for a cooked meal. Also, there are no chemicals and preservatives to be broken down and stored, so much less energy is used in the process and the body feels stronger and more energized.

Q: Can you engage in active sports after drinking the juice?

A: Yes. Juicing decreases the risk of dehydration in athletes and sustains high energy and endurance levels.

Q: Do you get fiber with fresh juice?

A: Fresh juicing removes most of the fiber, which makes the juice easier to digest and makes nutrients are available in much larger quantities. The missing fiber can be gotten by eating whole fruits and vegetables as well as nuts and grains during regular meals.
